Debbie focuses on helping virtual organizations increase their individual, team, and organizational capabilities. Her twenty years of global experience are characterized by a proven track record of successful collaborative implementation.

Debbie has extensive line management experience, as well as a broad based background in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She was a Human Resources executive at Apple Computer for over ten years, where she played a variety of roles including Vice President of HR.  Prior to joining Apple, Debbie held both HR and line operating roles with General Motors. She was a member of the start-up team for Saturn Corporation.

Debbie's clients benefit from her unique blend of HR/OD expertise and business savvy. Consulting clients have included the following:  Adobe Systems, Advanced Micro Devices, Apple Computer, Corcept Therapeutics, Digital Persona, DURECT Corporation, Intel Corporation, Logitech Incorporated, Lucille Packard Children's Hospital, Mercury Interactive (now part of the Hewlett-Packard organization ), Netscreen Technologies, NVIDIA, NuGEN Technologies, as well as various government and non-profit organizations.
