We work 1-1 or in groups with virtual leaders and virtual teams. Using assessments, we hone in on areas for improvement and coach virtual leaders and/or team members on the phone or face-to-face. Specific action plans are developed and monitored to ensure success. We find that virtual executive coaching can be even more effective than in person.
